We built this calculator with privacy as a priority. Here's the short version:

• We don't collect your personal data. The numbers you enter into our calculator (weight, height, age, etc.) never leave your device.
• All calculations happen in your browser. When you use our calculator, the math is performed locally on your computer or phone using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to our servers.
• We don't store your health information. We have no database of user weights, calorie targets, or weight loss goals. We couldn't access your data even if we wanted to—because we never receive it.

Information We Don't Collect

Unlike many health and fitness websites, we've designed our service to minimize data collection. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Calculator history: We don't store your previous calculations or results. Each session starts fresh.

When you close your browser tab, your calculator inputs disappear. We have no way to see what numbers you entered or what results you received.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This typically includes:
